"What's out there?"
"Watch out seagull...here I come!"Last Wednesday, Bear Cub and I headed over to my hometown to spend a couple of nights with Mimi Bear. As always, we had a great visit and were lucky enough to see the rest of our family too. The highlight of the stay (besides me getting my hair done...thanks Auntie A!) was Bear Cub's first real trip to the beach! Here we are...living in Florida...and this poor boy had not gone to the beach yet! He was a little cautious of the sand at first and hung on to my leg as we put our feet into the water, but he warmed up to it all pretty quickly and ended up having so much fun digging in the "dirt" as he called it, making some sand castles and most excitedly...chasing the seagulls. We will not let another year go by before we hit the beach again! Here are some pictures of our fun day. Have a great weekend!
Wasn't that a fun day at the beach!! I think bc's next vist to the beach will be "full blown fun". Ya get sand between yer toes and salt water in yer eyes and you understand what fun it is. The sea gull chasing was so cute! P.s. thanks for not posting your other pic's. Let's do it again. mb
